River City is very nice in Chicago everything you could want is in the inside of the complex I believe this is what future generations will opt for instead of living in suburbia where there is nothing to support the infrastructure but the homeowner .

There are apartments here in Gary the same size for a fraction of the cost that the federal government remodeled .

gentrification may remove all the current residents

I have been in River city 1 time there are doctors offices health clubs restaurants grocery stores etc etc you never have to leave the building it probably has it's own post office.
