Re prioritizing after this snow storm will push many communities into bankruptcy the tremendous amounts of snow and much more is expected will take it toll on the ignorant engineered levy system that have low spots where every bridge/viaduct is in every community. the levies are several feet higher than any bridge.

Consequentially when this massive amounts of snow start melting and the rainy season starts if the earth is saturated with water already and there comes a deluge.

Who will be laid off?

I've heard Hammond is already out of salt, without money in the budget to buy more.

If the feds do declare it a disaster the money will not get here in time .
