If you think illegals and gangs to be such burning issues (not that I necessarily disagree) you really should do more to call EC to task. That's where a lot of the roots of those problems obviously lay. That and cowboy cops run amuck. Yes, Hammond does have problems and no I don't think the mayor or the city have done enough to address those issues. But most of the problems in LC are from Gary and EC dragging us down, not really Hammond.
