Edge, that sure is news to my brother, since he gets 20 checks a year. the only time he gets more is when he teaches summer school.

No matter what the method of payment, they still DO NOT get paid for more than the actual school year.

People like hedge just can't admit it when they are wrong, especially after he came to the defense of sporkles the pious and then they both look like fools.

Hedge won't stop trolling until he needs to sleep or eat and he'll run his fowl mouth until he moves on to the next thing he's wrong about.

It doesn't take an expert to fugure out that teachers work 9 months & have their paychecks spread out over 12 months.

The payroll person at East Chicago told me that at one time teachers had a choice of 20 or 26 paychecks. Your brother obviously picked the 20 paycheck option.

New teachers don't have that choice anymore as they all now get 26 checks.

They get paid all year
That includes SUMMER
