I wasn't aware that we needed your permission to start threads or post anything anywhere.

The Admin stated the purpose of the 'Open Forum" pretty clear.

Most threads that end up discussing the SPAM bored are in the Open Forum.

Most posts that end up slamming splorks that are in other threads usually end up doing so because he comes in and posts things that have nothing to do with the topic or insulting people.

If he would act civilized instead of posting lies and insults about people, he wouldn't be ostracized from conversations.

You guys should try it sometime.

No, we don't really need a mindless nonsense thread to discuss sparks and the 'We're (not really) Free' board. It's just that the terms 'sparks/We're (not really) Free board' and 'mindless nonsense' seem to fit so well together that it makes sense to consolidate them into one thread.
Incidentally, may1846, why are you so concerned about the posting format of this forum? If you are dissatisfied with it, you can always deal with it in the same manner I generally deal with you - ignore.
See how simple it is?

I usually do ignore it but sometimes when it is so hypocritical I feel the need to point it out. You are "FREE" to post what you like obviously, I just don't understand why all of you spend so much time berating the exact same thing you are guilty of. As the driving force of this discussion board the three of you plus freetime can control the content better then any moderator but instead you choose to lob insults continuing the very thing you are complaining about :smt102 :smt064 Carry on, why I don't know but carry on anyway.

Fines for too-tall grass could rise to $1,000 a day in Jupiter

JUPITER — An overgrown lawn could cost a homeowner $1,000 a day.
A plan to quadruple the penalty from the current maximum of $250 per day for a first violation is scheduled for consideration at Tuesday night's town council meeting.
A repeat violation by the same person would be boosted to $5,000 a day maximum from $500 per day.
If the code enforcement board finds that the violation is irreversible — the unapproved removal of an historic tree, for example — the violator would face a maximum fine of $15,000. The current maximum penalty is $5,000.

And look, sparkles – you can even diversify your snitchery.

The town code regulates items such as when garbage cans can be placed outside, noise volume, parking of boats, heights of fences, the number of tenants and landscaping. Lawns cannot be higher than eight inches in developed residential areas.

Wow. All sorts of nit-picking rules. Sounds like Jupiter, Florida would be "Spunk Heaven".

I think Florida is fairly lenient in the gun-toting department too, so "Pistols" could carry his authority around on his ample hips.
