The phrase "get out your guns" refers to Magnet Releasing's "God Bless America," a new film by Bobcat Goldthwait that Critic Speak describes this way:

Granted, this ['get out your guns' comment] was consistent with the tone of the film it was designed to promote, Bobcat Goldthwaitâ€™s God Bless America. We here at Critic Speak found the movieâ€™s militant brand satire, which effectively endorses the full-scale execution of brainless pop-culture phenoms and social conservatives, to be repugnant[.]

Here's the thing, though: like most Mark Cuban films, "God Bless America" is a specialty title hardly anyone is going to see. So almost no one knows what "get out your guns" means. Moreover, the "get out your guns" comment isn't even surrounded by quotation marks to suggest it's referencing a film or meant to be ironic. Read cold, it simply means murder Bristol Palin because she holds the same position on same-sex marriage Obama did last Tuesday.

For going on four years now, Governor Sarah Palin and her family have received numerous death threats. This open call to violence should be treated by authorities as another one.

This would only be interesting if Mark Cuban was indeed a Obama supporter .....

For the most part Mark Cuban has been politically agnostic with libertarian leanings. In 15 years he has donated money to only 2 political candidates. $6000 to Orrin Hatch, a Republican and $1000 to a democratic congressman candidate who used to be one of his employees at broadcast.com. Publicly he supported Michael Bloomberg running for President as an independent in 2008 and has written blogs ripping apart both Republicans and Democrats for their inefficiencies and ineptness in Washington.

Magnolia pictures has distributed films on a number of subjects that support both the right and the left. A documentary on the Ron Paul campaign .....another that was critical of the Iraq war .... and it goes on.

From news details, Mark Cuban was a guest of Vince Carter at the dinner for Obama. Carter is one of his players, and hosted the party. Also as a guest, NBA commissioner David Stern was there.

Millions more have been spent on budget items with little relation to direct threats of terrorism, including livestock diseases and workplace safety.

Moreover, the California Department of Motor Vehicles has been advertising the plates as helping the children of Sept. 11 victims, even though the state stopped funding the scholarship program seven years ago. The specialty plate fund continues to take in $1.5 million a year.

Californians who lost loved ones in the attacks take the raid on the license plate fund as an affront to the memory of those who died.

Eric Holder Wants One Law for Whites and Another for â€˜Non-Whitesâ€™

Attorney General Eric Holder spoke to a gathering of black church leaders on Wednesday in Washington, D.C., where he told them that voting is a â€œsacredâ€ right. Whereâ€™s the ACLU? Americans United for Separation of Church and State? Sounds like â€œtheocracyâ€ and â€œdominionismâ€ to me. Whereâ€™s Michelle Goldberg? Wasnâ€™t the Attorney General trampling on the First Amendment by mixing religion and politics?

The whole separation of church and state thing is a one way street. Itâ€™s only OK for liberals to make appearances before church leaders and speak about a â€œsacredâ€ right.

Itâ€™s too bad that conservative church leaders are intimidated by the claims of liberals and organizations like the ACLU and Americans United. Itâ€™s more likely, however, that pastors use the â€œseparation of church and stateâ€ myth as an excuse not to speak on political issues, thereby giving liberals free reign to recruit among religious adherents with no blowback from groups the ACLU and Americans United.

Liberal hypocrisy is so rampant that no one is surprised by it anymore. So instead of harping on it in this article, I want to address some of Eric Holderâ€™s legal and logical absurdities that he spoke about in his address to the participants at the Conference of National Black Churches:

â€œThe recent wave of changes to state-level voter identification laws also has presented a number of problems requiring the departmentâ€™s attention. In December [of 2011], we objected to South Carolinaâ€™s voter ID law, after finding â€” based on the stateâ€™s own data â€” that the proposed change would place an unfair burden on non-white voters.â€

Does the requirement to show an ID put an unfair burden on â€œnon-whitesâ€ who cash checks, purchase alcohol, or buy cigarettes? Are only â€œnon-whitesâ€ economically disadvantaged? Sounds like racial stereotyping.

Is there an unfair burden on â€œnon-whitesâ€ who want to purchase a drug like Mucinex? The non-prescription drug loosens the mucus that causes chest and nasal congestion. Since it contains chemicals used that can be used to make crack, Mucinex purchasers have to show ID to purchase the product.

Is Eric Holder saying that the ID requirement in the above examples should be set aside for â€œnon-whitesâ€? Does this mean that a bank would have to cash a check for a â€œnon-whiteâ€ person without having to require an ID? Can we assume that only â€œnon-whitesâ€ will have to show IDs in the future? Can anyone say â€œreverse discriminationâ€?

Did Eric Holder have to show his law license in order to practice law? Apparently not.

In the case of Lauren's contributions to the DNC in 2009 and 2008? Where was that money going?
