But Republicans are particularly likely to believe that the polls are unfair, reporting by a 71-13 percent that polls are biased against their candidate. Members of the Tea Party suspect intentional skewing by a remarkable 84-5 percent margin.

For the first time, Philadelphia resident Viviette Applewhite actually got a state-issued photo ID from the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.

It was an important moment that went practically unnoticed when it it took place in August, according to Horace Cooper of Project 21 and Justin Danhof, general counsel for the National Center for Public Policy.

â€œApplewhite is 93-years-old, does not drive, is confined to a wheelchair, lacks many personal identification documents, and yet she managed to get herself -- with no assistance from the ACLU -- to her local PennDot office, where she was issued an ID,â€ Danhof explained.

â€œIf she can obtain an ID, everyone in Pennsylvania can and should,â€ he added.

But thatâ€™s not half the story, according to Cooper.

Applewhite is more than just an elderly woman who had marched with Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. -- she was actually the lead plaintiff in the American Civil Liberties Union's (ACLU) original lawsuit against Pennsylvania's voter ID law.

For military voters, the economy was by far the most important issue, with 41 percent of respondents saying it was most important issue for them in the upcoming race. National security came in at just 16 percent.

The Military Times poll surveyed 3,100 active duty, National Guard and reserve troops via email who subscribe to the paper.

Stephanie Caballero is the regional field director for Obamaâ€™s Organizing For America in Houston, Texas. Federal Election Commission documents show, according to Project Veritas, that Caballero is a â€œsalaried employee of the DNC [Democratic National Committee].â€

Caballero is caught on camera helping the young woman try to vote in Florida and Texas in the upcoming election.

â€œSo I spent some time in Florida, and I got my voter registration card for Florida. So and I know that we have you know itâ€™s a battleground state there,â€ the Project Veritas reporter said to Caballero.

â€œKeep it, keep itâ€¦ so youâ€™re going to vote by ballot?â€ Caballero responded.

â€œIâ€™m going to vote by ballot and then I have mine here too,â€ the videographer answered, adding that: â€œit just really concerns me that if we donâ€™t do everything we can weâ€™re not going to win.â€

Caballero then advises: â€œokay, so you have to make sure because after 60 days you can send in your application to vote by mail ballot.â€

The Democrat who presided over a 2010 vote casting and counting scandal in the tight race for governor was caught on video Friday guaranteeing Democratic U.S. Senate candidate Christopher Murphy a big result in the stateâ€™s largest cityâ€“even if it takes days to count.

Bridgeport provided a crucial and dubious margin of victory to Democratic and Working Families Governor Dannel P. Malloy in 2010 amidst unprecedented chaos at the cityâ€™s polling places. The 2010 Bridgeport assault on democracy included photocopied ballots, altered hours at polling places, a mysterious bag of votes and Finchâ€™s abuse of the cityâ€™s emergency notification system to increase turnout on Election Day.

Cleveland Dems Say Anti-Voter Fraud Billboard Is Racist, Discriminates Against Felons

The advertisement, posted at the intersection of Community College Avenue and East 35th Street, warns that â€œvoting fraud is a felonyâ€ in bold lettering. It also states that the penalty is punishable by up to three and a half years in prison and a $10,000 fine.

The ad also shows a gavel and sound block and lists that it was paid for by a private family foundation. The billboard is operated by Clear Channel Outdoor.

Several politicians said the adâ€™s placement, which is near Tri-C and directly across the street from the Arbor Park 600-family development and other public housing, intimidates minority voters, students and felons who may not know their rights.

Cleveland City Councilwoman Phyllis Cleveland, who publicly complained about the billboard on Tuesday, posted a picture of the advertisement to her Twitter account. She said a resident complained to her about the sign. Cleveland wants it out of her ward.

â€œThey usually try to push cognac and cigarettes on people here in this neighborhood, now they are trying to intimidate them to keep them from voting,â€ Cleveland said.

Cleveland said the ward has been a heavily canvassed area politically because voter turnout has been low in the past. She said some people could misinterpret the sign and therefore, not go to the polls on Nov. 6.

Congressman's son resigns after voter fraud video

The field director for Virginia Democratic Rep. Jim Moran - his son Patrick Moran - has resigned after being secretly recorded seemingly advising a conservative journalist masquerading as a supporter that utility bills could be used to aid in voter fraud.

"Patrick is well liked and was a well-respected member of the campaign team. This incident, however, was clearly an error in judgment," said a statement from Moran for Congress. "The campaign has accepted Patrick's resignation, effective immediately."

The undercover video comes from Project Veritas, which is led by group James O'Keefe - the activist whose undercover videos have caused serious headaches for ACORN, NPR and other groups. It shows a Project Veritas "investigator" telling Patrick Moran that he has a friend who is seeking to "get in a van" and vote on behalf of about 100 people. Patrick Moran responds with skepticism, but is later shown saying the person voting on behalf of others could potentially use "utility bills or something like that."

"He'll need bills," says Moran. "He'll need something with the name and their address on it." He adds, "they can fake a utility bill with ease, you know?"

Moran later says the person would be better off participating in traditional get-out-the-vote efforts, but he goes on to have a conversation about how to forge documents.

In a press release, O'Keefe called the video "the most damning evidence to date of the scope of voter fraud in this country." Many states have passed laws in recent years, largely pushed by Republicans, designed to reduce voter fraud. Democrats note that there have been very few documented cases of voter fraud and say the laws are designed to suppress the vote among groups that traditionally support Democrats.

Unnerved by the simple request from a police officer, Wasserman Schultz made a â€œwell placedâ€ phone call to some unknown individual in a position of authority. Five minutes later, the Aventura City Mayor came to the scene and was confronted by Debbie Wasserman Schultz and proceeded to get an earful from her as well.

NAACP Takes Over Houston Polling Station, Advocates For Obama

After watching what was occurring, Rockford approached Polling Supervisor Rose Cochran about what she was seeing.

â€œI went to the polling supervisor and let her know that it was not appropriate that they were in the building handing out water. She ignored me. I repeated my statement. She told me that she would handle it. She did nothing. I then went to the assistant supervisor and he stood up, walked over to another table and then sat down. I then walked into the waiting room and they were reloading another dolly with more cases of water,â€ Rockford said in a True the Vote incident report.

After handing out water and advocating for President Obama, the NAACP members started handpicking and moving people to the front of a long voting line inside the polling place according to the incident report. After multiple complaints from voters about the line cutting, Rockford received a phone call from downtown telling her to â€œstand down.â€
