The two law firms representing whistle-blower Michael Lindley in a case against The Gallup Organization supported by the Department of Justice are stacked with donors to President Barack Obamaâ€™s political campaigns, according to political donation records published by the Center for Responsive Politics.

The legal complaint against Gallup indicates that the DOJ is relying solely on Lindleyâ€™s allegations to back its claim that Gallup defrauded the federal government by allegedly overcharging for polling services it provided various federal agencies. Since Lindley left Gallup, two whistle-blower law firms have picked up his complaint. Each is filled with major Obama and Democratic Party donors.

Debra Katz of the law firm Katz, Marshall & Banks LLP has donated thousands to Obamaâ€™s campaign efforts, records show. In 2008, she made three donations to then-Sen. Obamaâ€™s run for president, totaling $4,300. She also donated $1,000 to the Democratic firm DNC Services Corp. in 2008.

Records show also that over the course of the 2012 election cycle Katz has donated $1,250 to Obamaâ€™s presidential campaign, $250 to the Democratic Party of Wisconsin and $2,000 to Wisconsin Democratic Rep. Tammy Baldwinâ€™s U.S. Senate campaign.

Lisa Banks of the same firm originally supported now-Secretary of State Hillary Clintonâ€™s 2008 presidential bid, donating $2,500 to her campaign before Clinton dropped out of the race in recognition of Obamaâ€™s likely insurmountable delegate lead. In October 2008, she then donated $1,500 to Obama. Banks has donated $1,000 to Baldwinâ€™s 2012 campaign.

Wednesday at a rally for President Obama in Bowling Green, Ohio, clean coal advocates in their T-shirts and hats were asked to leave and their video tracker filming their treatment was filmed by an event video tracker.

Roche is the chairman of a Chinese infomercial company, Acorn International, with ties to state-controlled banks that allow it to â€œgain revenue through credit card transactions with Chinese banks.â€

The unusual Obama.com website redirects traffic directly to a donation page on the Obama campaignâ€™s official website, my.barackobama.com, which does not require donors to enter their credit card security code (known as the CVV code), thereby increasing the likelihood of foreign or fraudulent donations. The website is managed by a small web development firm, Wicked Global, in Maine. One of Wicked Globalâ€™s employees, Greg Dorr, lists on his LinkedIn page his additional employment with Peace Action Maine and Maine Voices for Palestinian Rights. According to the GAI report, 68 percent of all Internet traffic to Obama.com comes from foreign visitors.
