The year of the Battle of Hamburger Hill, in Vietnam.

There is way too much unity, focus, honor and pride in the military today.

As usual, the dims are going to screw it up by injecting a lot of malcontents and morons. They'll do their best to destroy the country...

If I recall,..the army rejected convicted felons when the draft was in place... This is going to put a big dent in Charlie's plan to make the draft an equalizer.

What year did that movie come out?

The actual battle 68/69. The movie came out in 1987.

Incorrect on the first part, correct on the second part. The Battle took place from May 10 to May 20, 1969. I was there for my birthday,,,,,,,,,,,,neat present, eh? Right about the movie.........it's much better in widescreen, believe me.

It's only fair that if any body in the military is made to serve more than one tour of duty in a war zone then the draft should be used.
