Yeah that's amazing how Franken back in 1995 as a writer for SNL established the "Democratic position on rape".
It's a shame nobody else hears the voices in their heads telling them nonsense like that, that is, unless they have ODS.
Actually it's too bad Franken wasn't stupid enough to tell that joke during a live TV interview right before the dem convention, eh?

Oh well.

Amazing how a fake story about Mitt Romney supposedly shaving the head of some high school loser back in 1965 kept "high information voters" like you, chuck, and Sparks Hein glued to their computers for weeks not too long ago.

Amazing how those who pride themselves on their towering intellects and on being "high information voters" always seems to find themselves trapped existing in dumps like Hammond/Gary/East Chicago/Whiting and the south suburbs of Chicago.

No successful people want to "be in touch" with your sector of our society.

'fake story'...?
Hey, what is even more amazing is how a Whiney Willard apologist is stupid enough to showcase his 'intellect' and look like a complete fool....a low information moron.
There is no doubt your hero that you bow down to was a dick in prep school. Five people witnessed and were part of the incident that Willard of course "doesn't recall." That's what pathological liars do.

Mitt Romney’s prep school classmates recall pranks, but also troubling incidents
Quote:
“It happened very quickly, and to this day it troubles me,” said Buford, the school’s wrestling champion, who said he joined Romney in restraining Lauber. Buford subsequently apologized to Lauber, who was “terrified,” he said. “What a senseless, stupid, idiotic thing to do.”

“It was a hack job,” recalled Maxwell, a childhood friend of Romney who was in the dorm room when the incident occurred. “It was vicious.”

“He was just easy pickin’s,” said Friedemann, then the student prefect, or student authority leader of Stevens Hall, expressing remorse about his failure to stop it.

TAMPA — The wildly anticipated Republican nudie-bar bonanza has turned out to be a double D-sized bust.

Strippers across this mammary mecca were anticipating an orgy of business this week from the crush of conventioneers.

Instead, three days into the RNC, Tampa’s dancing beauties were still waiting for their stimulus packages.

“My friend told me I’d make $3,000 a night this week,” said a slinky brunette named Jordan, as she gazed dejectedly around an empty Mons Venus bar on Monday, the Isaac washout day in Tampa. “I've made $100 tonight and it's already 3 a.m.”

“I don't even know what I'm still doing here," she added. "This sucks."

Neither should it have taken a Ph.D to read my original post.
As I said, when I see the words, ".... giant, walking vaginas .... ", Artie and sparks are the first things that come to mind mind.

Obama AWOL on Hurricane Isaac and Media are Silent

September 1, 2012 by Gary DeMar

Mitt Romney’s already been to New Orleans to see the hurricane damage first hand. He smells victory in November and so he’s acting presidential. Republican Governor Bobby Jindal, who was slated to speak at the GOP Convention, made the right call and stayed in Louisiana to oversee cleanup operations.

Why isn’t President Obama hip-deep in the flood waters of Hurricane Isaac? Where is FEMA? Is the President golfing? Is he campaigning? Yes, he’s campaigning, and since Louisiana isn’t in play in November, he’s decided to go elsewhere, until some conservative sites turned his absence into a story.

This isn’t the first flooded area President Obama has ignored. When Nashville was under water in May of 2010, the president was nowhere to be found. It was also a media non-story. It didn’t fit their liberal narrative even though 21 people were killed in Nashville alone. Even though at least 30 counties in Tennessee were declared major disaster areas by the federal government, President Obama was AWOL.

I haven’t heard a peep from the media about Obama’s absence in Louisiana. The latest news is that he’s planning to appear presidential on Labor Day when the storm will be long gone. Consider the following:

“President Barack Obama, who in 2005 criticized then-President George Bush for not exhibiting a ‘greater sense of empathy’ toward the victims of Hurricane Katrina, told a campaign crowd at the University of Virginia on Wednesday afternoon [Aug. 29] — as people in Louisiana were dealing with what the National Hurricane Center called ‘life-threatening hazards’ caused by Hurricane Isaac — that he had discussed the hurricane on the telephone from Air Force One as he was flying East from a previous campaign event in Colorado.”

A series of phone calls? That’s it? Are you telling me that all George Bush had to do was make some phone calls and he wouldn’t have received any criticism?

How times have changed. President Bush was excoriated for his inaction. It was a constant drumbeat. Day in and day out the media and the Democrats attacked President Bush for not doing enough. Racism was thrown in for good measure. Singer Kanye West (who is black) said the following in a fund raising effort for the NBC telethon to raise money for Katrina victims in September of 2005: “George Bush doesn’t care about black people!” Using racist logic, are we to assume that Barack Obama (his white half) doesn’t care about black people?

Let’s not forget the comments that Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan made about the levees that were built to hold back the flood waters. He told his followers “that the levees in New Orleans may have been deliberately ‘blown up’ to kill the city’s black population. ‘I heard from a very reliable source who saw a 25 foot deep crater under the levee breach,’ Farrakhan explained. ‘It may have been blown up to destroy the black part of town and keep the white part dry.’”

While Farrakhan didn’t say who had blown up the levees, you know he was implying that it was done by a bunch of white guys bought and paid for by the Bush administration.

If a Republican president were in the White House during Hurricane Isaac’s rampage, there would have been a 24-hour slam on everything the president didn’t do to help the victim’s of the storm.

If the Republican President took time out to go to the bathroom during a hurricane, the media would report that he was more interested in his own water and that of the toilet than he is about the rising flood waters destroying homes in New Orleans and outlying regions.

Thunderstorms building quickly in Charlotte region
Charlotte Observer [NC], by Steve Lyttle

Meteorologists aren't even saying "if," when discussing Tuesday's chances of flash flooding somewhere in the Charlotte region.

The question is "where."

"The abundant moisture virtually guarantees that some locations will receive heavy rainfall," Harry Gerapetritis, of the National Weather Service office in Greer, S.C., said early Tuesday morning. "But the exact location remains in doubt."

The set-up is the same as Monday. The remnants of Hurricane Isaac have settled over the Southeast, turning the atmosphere into a tropical powder keg. The atmosphere is extremely moist, and all it takes is a little daytime heating to create strong thunderstorms.

Photo: Dems To Use Trick Photography
to Fill Convention Hall?

Breitbart's Big Government, by John Nolte

Call it "The Empty Chair Convention."

Rick Klein, Senior Washington Editor of ABC News, just tweeted out this photo of the stage the Democrat convention will be held on (posted above).

As you can see, Klein's photo reveals the screens that will serve as the television backdrop behind whomever's speaking -- and it looks to me as though the Democrats intend to show an artificial sea of faces in order to make the convention hall look a whole lot fuller than it might be.

If you look closely, they have three tiers of adoring, enraptured Obama-worshippers at the ready should they need them.

There's a lot of talk and concern amongst Democrats and their Media Palace Guards that for his big acceptance speech Thursday night, President Obama might not be able to fill the Bank of America stadium. There are also reports that Democrat operatives have been reduced to handing out free tickets to the event at bars and elsewhere -- probably in a frantic last minute attempt to fill seats.

There's no question that, like most failed incumbents, Obama has an enthusiasm gap to deal with this year.

One Calif. delegate hospitalized,
another threatened with arrest

Los Angeles Times, by Seema Mehta

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A California Democratic Party official was hospitalized early Sunday morning, and another who allegedly falsely claimed to be a member of Congress was threatened with arrest in connection with a disturbance in the lobby of the delegation’s hotel.

The man who was hospitalized was seen being carried from a taxi into the Blake Hotel shortly before 2 a.m., when he either fell or was dropped in the lobby, leading hotel staff to grow concerned about a head injury. As he lay unconscious on the floor, hotel employees called 911, checked vital signs and stabilized his body until paramedics arrived, strapped him to a board and took him to a hospital by ambulance.

“Often times at conventions, people who have not seen each other for a long time gather and sometimes people have too much to drink,” said party spokesman Tenoch Flores. “That appears to have been the case here and we’re gathering more information.”
