A motion filed in federal court by the Justice Department on Friday suggests that newly-minted Attorney General Jeff Sessions is reassessing a vague Obama administration order allowing transgender students in Americaâ€™s public schools to use the bathrooms and locker rooms of their choice.

The Justice Departmentâ€™s new motion in the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals seeks permission to delay a hearing on a previous motion â€” filed last year â€” which had asked the court to ease a preliminary injunction by federal district judge Reed Oâ€™Connor striking down Obama administration guidance about bathroom and shower use in taxpayer-funded schools.

There is no information about the condition of the WH after Obama and his staff left. I am sure it took some fixing up.

The White House is reopening for public tours, first lady Melania Trump announced Tuesday.

The first lady and President Trumpâ€™s home and offices at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue have been closed to visitors since the Obama family moved out and the Trump family officially moved in on Inauguration Day in late January.

Public tours are now set to resume March 7.

House Votes To Scrap Obama Limits On Drug Testing Those On Unemployment

People on unemployment shouldn't be spending MY money on drugs.

The House voted Wednesday to dismantle an Obama administration rule that Republicans say restricts the ability of states to prevent drug users from receiving unemployment benefits.

The rule, which was published in the Federal Register last August, was meant to implement a law that requires people receiving these benefits to be able and ready for work. The law gave states the option of denying drug users these benefits.

But Republicans opposed the rule from the Labor Department because it limited this option, by only allowing states to deny benefits to people in the transportation or pipeline management industries, those who use firearms in their job, or people in jobs that normally require drug testing.
