Let's have a list of skills and qualifications and accomplishments Caroline Kennedy has on her resume that makes you believe she's the one to fill Hillary's Senate seat...

really let's see them...

Has there ever been a Kennedy that never held a job that was paid from the gub'mint trough?

I've never heard of a Kennedy who needed the money from a government job. Instead, people like Teddy, RFK Jr. and Caroline, all of whom need never work a day, do what they can to improve this country.
Why don't I hear you guys calling columnist Robert Novak a murderer who deserved to die from brain cancer a murderer for his hit and run killing of a pedestrian a few years ago?
Oh yeah, that's right. He was a CONSERVATIVE.
That makes it all different, right?

So you think that Ted Kennedy deserves to die of brain cancer as well.

Interesting.

I believe he deserves a far worse fate.

Free....let me tell you a little something about the conservatives on this and the old board. They're the only f***in ones who stood up for you and your right to post when you were under relentless, merciless, 24/7 assault from the likes of markh/mhc, blowjobqueen60438, and other LIBERAL fukwads.
So give it a rest, OK?

The rationalization of the needs and wants of the elite, in particular the Kennedy clan, needs further dissection. Power has a tendacy to go hand and hand with money. The Kennedy's have had a seemingly unlimited cash flow for 3 generations, thanks to the unscrupulous Grandpa Joe. His dealings, financially and slight of hand, resulted in prosperity of great proportions, even while most Americans were reeling from the tragedy of the Depression. Power is the main attraction and the desirable goal of most members of this clan. They have achieved a presidency, nearly acheived a repeat but for the unfortunate death of Robert Kennedy, and have held positions of high status, including senators, congressmen, etc. Not only do they crave power, they thrive on it. To them, it is just as important, if not more so, than the money they have. Also, they live as one who has invulnerability, continually getting into legal and criminal difficulties, yet not touched by reprisal or justice. Ted Kennedy could have easily saved Mary Jo Kopechne, but her silence was needed, as reportedly she was pregnant and he was the suspected father. He is getting his just due, even though is appears to be long overdue.
It is not to say that all of this clan are cut from the same cloth as Grandpa Joe, but most are. Murderers, thieves, and drug addicts appear to permeate all generations of this clan. The general populace, and most families, have their share of "black sheep", but they either do not have the influence or the financial tools, to offset the usual consequences of the actions of members of their families as do the Kennedy's.

That's a big fat blatant lie, freetime. You should be ashamed of yourself for even trying to get away with that one.

Sorry. I was told the guy he hit died.
This story says the pedestrian Novak hit did not die:

http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2008/07/ ... 6279.shtml

i should have checked it out before I posted.

Maybe the person who told me this had it mixed up with Laura Bush's fatal accident. We had talked about both of them.
That one checks out to be true:

Indeed.

Quote:
Just past midnight on Saturday, July 19, 1969, Senator Ted Kennedy drove his black Oldsmobile sedan off a bridge on Chappaquiddick Island near Martha's Vineyard, just off Cape Cod. The Senator escaped a watery death, but a passenger in his car, twenty-eight-year-old Mary Jo Kopechne, did not.

"Senator Kennedy killed that girl the same as if he put a gun to her head and pulled the trigger." - George Killen ~ State Police Detective-Lieutenant who investigated the accident

Mary Jo was alive at least an hour before she died.

AN HOUR!

The rescue diver who found her body was the recipient of all kinds of government interference after he started speaking about the incident.

he was audited twice in 3 years for starters having never been before that.

There are two very exciting rumors swirling around in Washington. The first one is that Caroline Kennedy is being considered as Hillary Clinton's replacement in the Senate once Hillary is confirmed as the next Secretary of State. It is also being reported that the Obama administration is considering appointing RFK jr. as the head of the EPA. It is great to see the Democratic party start to draft some of it's young stars for prominent positions of leadership. By drafting the Kennedys into positions of power,Obama is securing the Democrat's ability to control the political direction of our country for years to come.

Hey splooks!?...how's those rumours panning out for ya?!!!LOL!!!!!!!!

Let's see..regarding Hillarys seat?...Caroline is ''like ya know''....out......aaaaand...regarding Illinois, Chris Kennedy has DROPPED OUTt sssssand Ted, regarding BAHSTON is about to DROP DEAD...

I suspect this Hurricane just very well could be the wrath of God descending on Cape Cod this weekend to come and deal with Teddy before he breaks the law one last time by getting his cohorts to bypass the Constitution to fill his seat.....

what makes these liberals think their candidates (especially the kennedys) can just waltz into any state they feel like and demand to be seated or elected illegally?

what is up with that?

OH!..That's right...Kennedy served as Chairman of the Chicago Convention and Tourism Bureau from 1997-1999..

and that my friends is good enough for the democrats...

The 'swimmer' has a long history of skanknicitousness.
A quick read of his entire life story should suffice as proof.

Kerry Kennedy’s Defense To DUI, Fleeing Scene Of Accident: She’s A Kennedy And Her “Human Rights Work” Would Suffer If She’s Jailed
Image

She is also the ex-wife of Gov. Andrew Cuomo; she should be let go because of that too. But, on the positive side, when she fled the scene, she didn’t leave anyone to drown, like Uncle Ted did…

Quote:
Kerry Kennedy’s drugged-driving trial kicked off Monday with her high-powered lawyer touting his client’s storied lineage, a point illustrated as her famed elderly mother, Ethel, made a rare public appearance – along with two of her brothers – to support her.

“She is a daughter of Ethel and Robert Kennedy and a niece of our past president, John Fitzgerald Kennedy,” said Kerry Kennedy’s lawyer, Gerald Lefcourt, to jurors in the packed White Plains court room, even adding that his “religious” client had two daughters who attended Ivy League schools.

But acting State Supreme Court Justice Robert Neary was clearly unimpressed — ordering the lawyer to start introducing pertinent facts in the case.
“Mr. Lefcourt, this isn’t evidence,” the judge sniffed.

Ethel Kennedy, mother of Kerry Kennedy, arrives at the Westchester County Courthouse Monday.

Minutes earlier, Kerry Kennedy’s mom, the 85-year-old widow of Sen. Robert F. Kennedy, walked unsteadily into the courthouse and entered the courtroom in a wheelchair. The frail older woman, dressed in a gray-and-white checked jacket, dark gray pants and sneakers, was accompanied by an unidentified man and woman. She didn’t comment.

Two of Kennedy’s brothers, Robert F. Kennedy Jr., and Douglas Kennedy, along with Douglas’ wife Molly, arrived later.

Bobby Kennedy exclusively told The Post in Monday’s paper that his sister — the ex-wife of Gov. Cuomo — should be found not guilty of driving under the influence of a sleeping pill because she’s a human-rights activist whose life-saving work would be severely curbed if she was sidelined by jail.

But prosecutors said in their opening statements that Kerry Kennedy, 54, had to know she was under the influence of the sleeping aid when she crashed and then fled the scene of the accident, because the drug kicks in quickly.
