To lend an air of technical authority, the report noted: â€œThe recommendations contained in this report have been peer-reviewed by seven experts identified by the National Academy of Engineering.â€

That would be false, sir. In a scathing statement this week, the seven experts explained that the report draft they had reviewed did not include a six-month drilling moratorium. That was added only after they signed off. â€œThe Secretary should be free to recommend whatever he thinks is correct, but he should not be free to use our names to justify his political decisions,â€ wrote the seven in a letter to Gulf Coast politicians.

Rep. Bill Cassidy, R-La., speaks the truth when he notes that â€œthousands of Louisianans are going to be out of work because the president wanted a get-tough headline.â€ Just imagine living on the Gulf Coast: Your environment is ruined by British Petroleum, and then your job is taken away by a panicked, politically driven Obama Administration far more interested in covering its own rear than in kicking anyone elseâ€™s.

That is because the federal government workers don't have unions and collective barganing powers, and if he is seen in support of the state workers unions he'd be unable to deny it to the federal workers.

Just another instance of him voting "present."

In a Search for the truth department, we find what has been suspected on many occasions. Went to Snopes to check this out and they said it was false and there were no such dockets, so I Googled the Supreme Court, typed in Obama-Kagan, and guess what? Yep you got it. Snopes lied. Everyone of those dockets are there. So here is what was written to Snopes:

The information you have posted stating that there were no such cases as claimed and the examples you gave are blatantly false. I went directly to the Supreme Court website, typed in Obama Kagan and immediately came up with all of the dockets that the article made reference to.
I have long suspected that you really slant things but this revelation is really shocking.
You exist behind a veil of half truths and distorted facts. Hoping that you will be honest and forthcoming in the future is probably expecting too much.

Once again the US Senate sold us out! Well, someone figured out why Obama nominated Elana Kagan for the Supreme Court. Pull up the Supreme Courts website, go to the docket and search for Obama. Kagan was the Solicitor General for all the suits against him filed with the Supreme Court to show proof of natural born citizenship.
He owed her big time.
All of the requests were denied of course.
They were never heard!
It just keeps getting deeper and deeper, doesn't it? The American people mean nothing any longer.
It all comes down to payback time for those who compromised themselves to elect someone that really has no true right to even be there.
