FORT WALTON BEACH — The day following President Barack Obama’s speech to students brought more controversy locally.

Parents and children passed dozens of posters at school bus stops and along bus routes Wednesday morning that depicted Obama as The Joker from “Batman.” A caption on the signs read “Why so serious?”
