CROWN POINT: Vehicle occupants suffer minor injuries[/url]
CROWN POINT | A 30-year-old Crown Point woman and her 3-year-old daughter suffered minor injuries Tuesday morning in a one-car rollover accident at 113th Avenue and Iowa Street, police said.
Both were transported to St. Anthony Medical Center in Crown Point, police Cmdr. Jim Poling said.
The woman told police she apparently had suffered a seizure that caused her to lose control of her car, which hit a guy wire and then flipped over.
Rescue personnel had to remove the woman and her daughter from the car. The woman was wearing a seat belt and the child was in a safety seat.
