You posted and deleted your accusation that K2 Construction laundered money and bribed politicians using funds loaned to Plasmatronics, even saying it had been "confirmed" and citing dollar amounts. Neither Plasmatronics nor K2 have ever done anything wrong. You are attacking completely innocent parties in your zeal to be a badass internet bully. You and your sock puppets will have to stand and defend your actions with your bare faces and true identities at some point.

One wonders where a liar and gossip draws the line -- perhaps you were advised that post was a little too specific and libelous even for your subterranean standards.

You have got to be kidding. Dan Klein used and discarded us for his own agenda. I met the man one single time, at the press conference with Governor Daniels. I'd had just two telephone conversations with him prior to that, wherein he insisted we move up the date for the press conf so it was prior to the mayoral election and move the location to the CP courthouse rather than at Purdue (with whom we'd been planning an extensive collaboration, but technically is located about 3 cm over the city line in Merrillville) so he could exploit the event.

"Public Oversight"/Allan Katz, as you well know, every penny spent was pre-approved, fully documented and accounted for. Mayor Uran and the city's REAL attorney have reviewed everything thoroughly. I realize it bitterly galls you that you were not, and are not, the one with authority to oversee or veto the process, but that's how it is.

No matter how many times you repeat your thinly veiled insinuations that there was wrong-doing on our part, they are lies and you are fully aware that you are lying.

We've repeatedly proven the validity of our technology and documented our expenditures beyond a shadow of any doubt through the proper channels (which does not include your sock-puppet avatar on a message board).

Have you reviewed the EPA testing results that were provided to you four times? Have you read the article on Plasmatronics' technology in the December 2009 Journal IEEE Transactions on Plasma Science, co-authored with a Fulbright scholar from Princeton, and a team of researchers?

I assume with your Yale education, you consider yourself up to the task of critiquing plasma physicists' research and findings. Then again, maybe not ... You call yourself a "well-respected" patent lawyer, yet you have no familiarity whatsoever with trade secret law.

Perhaps you can understand this simplified summary: you were completely wrong on every accusation you've made about the validity of our technology and worked very hard to suppress local public knowledge of our credentials and certification.
